I bought this book because I've been watching Kevin Ward's Youtube videos for a couple months now. Honestly speaking, I started reading the book, however, once I got to the scripts section and beyond I skimmed through the rest and put it in my bookshelf and didn't look at it till a couple weeks later. I decided to 're-read' the book again from end to end and my only regret is that I didn't buy/read this book sooner!The steps are simple yet powerful and I am completely comfortable using the scripts. So far, I have the listing presentation script memorized and mastered, where it comes out natural and I use it on all my listing appointments. I started calling FSBOs (was ABSOLUTELY TERRIFIED) and less than a week of calling them I had my first appointment within the first conversation! Usually, you will have to speak with them multiple times before getting the appointment.I have been in real estate for 3 years however, within the past couple of months I decided to take my real estate business seriously. I have gained so much more confidence from the advice, tips, and ideas from this book. Even though I feel like I'm starting from the beginning with my business, this book, plus his videos and my determination (most important) is helping my business grow the right way.-Michelle Rose

If internalized and put into action, they have given you a virtual blueprint for success. Kevin has brought the same level of greatness (and I believe his book will become a similar classic) to the field of Real Estate.I originally became familiar with Kevin through his online videos. My wife, (who is from Asia and English is her second language), originally obtained "The Book of Yes" from an associate at her office. She asked them "with all the Training available here, why do I need this book"? Her Team Leader replied "read it and you will know". I was skeptical. But she read it, internalized the scripts, and put them into action. The results were unbelievable. Her sales almost doubled. I was no longer a skeptic.From the "get-go", Kevin starts with honesty, integrity, and "No BS". You will find no sleazy half-truths in these scripts. Everything is predicated on being honest and upfront, with benefit to both you and your customer. Following these scripts is a win-win, that will make you feel good about your profession, make your customers happy, and make you more sales and income. More than you imagine.It is NOT a difficult path. If my wife, (for whom English is her second language), can do it, so can you. If I, (who have had less than one year in the Real Estate Industry), can do it, so can you. But, you must DO IT! Buying the book and leaving it on the coffee table won't help. Reading it through quickly and deciding which parts you "agree" with will help very little. But buying it, reading it, and INTERNALIZING it (as if you were an actor memorizing a script) WILL bring you success. And, if you want an additional "jump start", find Kevin's videos online (most of them free) and study his philosophy of success.You can do it. The hard work has been done. The Blueprint has been written. It works. Just do it!
OMG! Where do I start? This book has exceeded my greatest expectations when it come to training and preparing you to succeed in real estate. This book is loaded with real estate scripts from every angle possible and the best listing presentation ever. I am a agent who was fresh off the streets with no real estate knowledge at all.I didn't know anything. I worked for real estate companies who did not teach me how to get the business or handling opposition or objections from clients, which led me to losing listings to other agents. My business was a complete fail until I ran across Kevin Ward and the Book of Yes.This book has changed the way I look at my real estate business as a whole. Kevin preaches no BS, and he is exactly that. The most effective real estate scripts in the industry if you're willing to go pro. I have read dozens of books on real estate, self-improvement, sales, marketing, and the list goes on, and I can say that this is by far the most straight-forward, no BS kick in the butt book I've read.If you're ready to put in the work, this book can be your guide on what to say, how to say it, and how to sell as much real estate as you want. My favorite thing about Kevin and his training is that I can tell that what he is truly about is helping people.If that's what you're about too, and you're ready to go to work, this book is a game-changer!
I like the book and the straight to the point information. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a bit confusing and hard to follow- like it seemed out of order, but once I got to reading the method a couple of times and understood the method it was easy to grasp. Yes, he throws in his self-promotion and I see how some of people may get annoyed about it. I just glaze over it and move on. I do like how he gives the no-nonsense bs and gives value by actually helping agents, especially newbies like me! I do enjoy his YT videos too!
